TrueProfit (the “Service”), including the business tool and TrueProfit Personal, is a self-serve software tool for recording and organizing financial data. All figures it displays, including profit, margins, cash flow, estimated tax, projections, forecasts, and any other calculated numbers, are generated automatically from the data you enter and from general assumptions and formulas that may not reflect your specific circumstances, province, or current tax law. They are provided for general informational and organizational purposes only.

We are not accountants, bookkeepers, tax preparers, financial planners, investment advisers, or lawyers, and we are not registered or licensed to provide any of those services. Nothing in the Service, including any report, number, or output of the AI assistant, is financial, tax, accounting, investment, business, or legal advice, and no professional relationship is created by your use of it. The Service is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation.

You must independently verify all figures and consult a qualified professional, such as a licensed accountant or tax adviser, before you:

• file or rely on any tax return, remittance, or government filing;
• make any financial, pricing, hiring, borrowing, or investment decision;
• rely on any profit, tax, or projection figure for a material purpose; or
• take any action that depends on the accuracy of the numbers.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for maintaining your own records, and for all decisions you make.

We do not warrant that any calculation, estimate, projection, or AI-generated response is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for filing or decision-making. The AI assistant can produce incorrect or incomplete information and must be verified before you act on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueProfit and its operators are not liable for any loss, damage, tax penalty, interest, reassessment, missed deadline, or other consequence arising from your reliance on the Service or its output, or from any decision you make based on it. This disclaimer is subject to the limitation of liability and consumer carve-out in our Terms of Service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including rights a consumer has under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 that cannot be waived.
